One of the key ways to get a flat belly is to do cardio exercises. The issue is, most cardio is uninteresting and takes too long to get results. I may show you some new and superior exercises to get a flat stomach.

1. Spinning Around in a Circle

I bet you did not know this was great for getting a flat belly! But it is because when you spin around in a circle, you excite your Endocrine System to balance out it’s hormonal output. When that happens, your body is in ideal weight loss mode. Just spin around to get slightly dizzy. Don’t go too far. 2. Hindu Squats

This is excellent for getting a flat belly because of the great quantity of oxygen you burn through doing these. What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible while keeping your back comparatively straight. With each rep you either brush or tap the ground with your finger tips. This insures you are going down far enough. Start by doing 100 of these a day for five days every week. The subsequent week add a hundred more. Keep doing that till you can do 300-500 total hindu squats in a day. (Note: you do not have to do all of them instantly. Try doing them during television commercials to make it less complicated on yourself.)

3. Jumping on a mini-trampoline

This is becoming my favorite exercise among my “flat stomach” exercises. You’d think it was simple, but it’s not. I simply jump on it for 2 minutes at a time during television commercials…. doing it thru one or two television programs everyday.
